Some contributions are paid depending on scope and volume. Most Innovators participate because they want to share what they know and learn from peers doing similar work.

Most Innovators contribute one piece of content every two quarters — a webinar, a short blog post, a video, or something similar. Follett supports the creation and distribution, so your time goes toward sharing your experience, not producing content.
